1. Keyword spammer on eBay?

   Is this what a keyword spammer does? http://cgi.ebay.com/FRANCE-GOLD-1811-A-20-FRANCS-NAPOLEON-NOT-PCGS_W0QQitemZ8342263878QQcategoryZ547QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Link Its for a raw coin. It says "Napolean, not PCGS". Why would they put this on the title if its not PCGS?
