   Todays Tip DO NOT purchase sealed 64 proof sets from RUSS on ebay. 1963's are OK, however.

   Kryptonite, When you buy a sealed proof set--you can be sure that it is CURRENTLY sealed. Did you ever see how many "new"envelopes were for sale? WTH would somebody buy bunches of "new" envelopes?---unless they needed them to seal up those old proof sets? Besides, Russ is one of the very choosen few who gets lucky on those…
