   This is absolutely a scam, and it isn't new. The same thing happened to my brother in law when he sold a phone on ebay a few years ago.    This guy's Ebay Feedback screams SCAM and WATCH OUT. Shouldn't take more than 15 seconds to realize this for anybody going forward. It's one thing if someone is a bit slow or there are 1 or 2 problems. Every reveiw on this scammer screams Watch Out !! :o
