Sorry to hear that, but in the land of the blind the one-eyed man is King. Life can suck when you get older,btho the younger ones have their shares of issues. I see so many at Mayo and wonder why they are there. With the depth percerception be care when walking so you don't trip over things like curbs or steps. -

I doubt you need a primer on how to walk at this age but will mention something I have learned from my wife. (She suffered a massive stroke at 16 and is blind on her left side + has only 60% mobility in her left leg.) It is always very important to stay aware of your enviroment. Okay good! I am very glad to hear that. The reason I was asking, is because I have a couple of friends that actually refuse for go to the any doctors.
