1. Fake Perth Mint 1 oz bars prevalence

   These bars contain no silver but weight close. Twice in past 6 months from different sources fake Perth Mint carded 1 oz gold bars were encountered. Weight again correct but the fake gold thicker than real ones.

   Lots of counterfeits out there, not just the bullion either... scammers are everywhere and some bargain hunters forget to check the actual coins to stock photos... If ever in doubt feel free to compare your Perth Mint purchases to the photos we advertise.

   I see fake gold bars in those assay cards all the time. For my own personal collection, I will only buy vintage bars, I have not encountered any of those in fake packaging. Yet.

   get someone with the right accent and you can talk to those legitimate sellers and get some illegitimate stuff

   there are a lot of counterfeits out there. did you know there are counterfeit pcgs, ngc and other holders out there? they are on ebay and other sites. fb marketplace is very bad.so far, i've only seen bad counterfeits in bad holders. pcgs did successfully go after a usa dealer altering coins and holders…

   Go to the AliExpress and the dhGate web sites. These are legitimate and very large Chinese web sites that are very similar to eBay but like eBay, there are some vendors and merchants who sell counterfeit coins and knock-off merchandise. Do a search to get an idea what fake silver and gold coins, bars, and rounds, and what…
