   I get these all of the time too. A lot of them are obvious scammers. Others claim TPG certification of raw "coins". This one is such an obvious fake. They (eBay) hand the responsibility for determining that it is or not to a "customer service agent". I hope some rube takes the bait and buys it and causes all sorts of…
