   @1630Boston... When I see a coin like that, I always wonder how much longer did the dies last? Sometimes I have seen progressive examples on the coin type, showing the same cracks getting worse... So I guess they usually last for a while before removal or catastrophic failure. Cheers, RickO

   This pattern of die cracks is fairly common on seated quarters and half dollars.
