Re: Another Slabber for the Record - USGS
The company first came to my attention about two weeks ago and it has been discussed here on two other threads. I don't know where it comes from yet but I bought one on ebay several days ago an hopefully I'll see it soon. There is another new company out there that hasn't been mentioned here before. I just discovered it… -

Nothing like a good Rip!
One of my favorite rips was a coupla large size national bank notes I bought from another dealer at a show for around $1000. I sent them to CGA and they came back CGA 65 and CGA 66 respectively (this was around 1998). I listed them on ebay and after negotiating got $3,100 for them (I was initially asking $3500). Now in my… -
Nice hgh grade Franklin set, 1955-1964 proof set run an NGC MS68 1939-P Merc, MS63 PCGS 1915-D Barbe

I have discovered when you go to a coin show with no particular thing in mind to look for, you come home with a lot of stuff that, when you get home with it, you are saying to yourself "what was I thinking?????". This is a first installment of my "What was I thinking" sale of stuff that I have picked up that really doesn't… -
Re: New PSA Customer Request Center
The CRC is an absolute joke. I submit a base Topps card. PSA enters it as the Home Team Advantage parallel during the Grading step. I use the CRC to correct it. Beth Dumas at PSA corrects the label. Great! Sub moves to Assemby. PSA changes it to FACTORY MISPRINT/NO GRADE NO CHARGE I email PSA/Beth/CRC about this. They… -
What Would You Do With This "Tweener" Joe Montana Rookie BCCG 9

I have owned this for about 15 years and think I will let it go now. I bought for around $125 I believe. I think if you tried to come up with a dollar value for the card ungraded, it should be at least $500+. It's just a very strong BCCG 9 in my opinion, which means to me it's probably an 8.5 from Beckett with maybe a 10%… -

I'm not finishing any sets if I keep buying like this. NewP

Arrived yesterday. Ever since I first learned of Olympiad coins, and then saw a high grade example auctioned off a few years ago. I had to get one, and it had to be this type. While this may not be the finest example, it had everything I wanted. - Fully struck obverse with leaf visible and high relief on the eagle's…
