If it happened that way, then there are no odds... it is what it is... Now, if you are asking BEFORE you pulled the coin...then it is one in however many coins were in the sack. In addition to collections, you should contact his local law enforcement as well as the postal inspector with jurisdiction in his area. Call his local post office, and they'll refer you. It might not make anything happen, but if there's a pattern here there will be a paper trail on him -- and if you're really lucky, yours… -

ZBob, it always sucks to get the run around like that. I would still try and setup a 3 way call with PSA and PayPal. The key is getting hold of someone within PayPal that is higher up the chain of command that actually has some clout.
