I would rather have the info available to everyone and eduacate the collector because because there are always going to be scammers out there. The more informed and educated the buyer can be makes it harder for the scammer to peddle their s%$t. -

key point though...this is not amazon. and have used that same message for years. zero problems. and if the scammer lies and ultimately scams, then which ebay account do you think will get nixed? the seller w a good track record or the newbie scammer? -

Don't expect a response from him. 99% of the time the typical ebay scammers don't reply to emails because the morons out there paying $2000+ for fake cards and cards the seller doesn't even have bid up the auctions enough to provide the scammer with the money he is looking for. -

There is no concrete evidence that Toppscollector and 80s junkie are the same person. It just seems that way to some conspiracy theorists because they both stole cards/money? Well, all scammers do that, but there are many different scammers out there, and these two aren't the only ones. -

eBay is getting as bad as Facebook with letting scammers get away with whatever they want. AI is going to be the downfall of us all. Seems the major companies rely on AI to make decisions with the majority of the ones I’ve seen being WRONG. 😏 -

Is the email addressed to you by name? It could be from a scammer (not Paypal) who wants some information. I received a couple that claimed to be from Paypal, addressed to my real name, they were from scammers. Have you tried logging directly into your Paypal account (not through the email)? -

SCAM - I personally like Dog97's response suggestion - however there is a down side to that. The response lets the scammer know there is a 'live' IP address so that you become the target of more phishing expeditions by the scammers. Your best move is to delete it . IMHO.
