I guess I just have to be the bad guy here, but I couldn't disgaree more...I've found him to be difficult and frustrating to the point that I had to block him on IM just to remind myself. I have a local dealer who agrees completely and frequents this board; he was just telling me last week how he is totally done dealing… -

I'd like to see PSA offer a premium pop report subscription that would look something like this... - You could get a complete list of cert numbers by grade for each card (including cards returned ungraded), and see the date each card was graded (and perhaps even the invoice number).
