Okay ... now it's a challenge! I don't think the reverse is the one for 106 or 107. I agree that the I in PLURIBUS is to the right of the second T in STATES. That means it can be 103, 105, 106, 107, or 110. Look at the position of the L in PLURIBIS and the first T in STATES and the upper right part of the U in PLURIBUS and… -
