Seriously, for a buck + shipping its not that bad of a risk. (If you're in PA) At least the starting price isn't $200 or something like that like most scammers would have. I've seen worse... -

There's been several instances where scans have been lifted and scammers have tried to sell the card as their own to unsuspecting buyers, so I always block out the cert numbers. -

I'd like to know how the scammers get your off-ebay email in the first place. That seems like a big hole in ebay security they are just turning a blind eye about. -

It's well established that sellers who honestly describe their coins as possibly, probably or definitely fake get their auctions pulled, while the scammers who foist them off as genuine are often unaffected. -

Unfortunately it looks like it was relisted and then sold. I am potentially sacrificing one of my useless eBay ids to warn the buyers, we'll see what happens... I hate scammers -

What a loser. This is one of the reasons I prefer to conduct deals privately for the few items I sell. It's like playing Russian Roulette on ebay to wind up with a scammer like this one. -

My Credit Card company when I tell them the seller scammed me they always refund me and prosecute the scammers. They the Credit Card have big lawyers with LOTS of money. -

doesn't surprise me. I've seen ones that say fake in the listings go for several hundred bucks. That's still cheap enough for a scammer to buy it and then later sell it for $1000+ as a legit coin.
