2000-D SAC $1 multiple errors

Hello everyone, This is my first post here. I'm not a collector, but in 1979 I inherited my father's collection that is at least 60 years old. At some time after 2000, my wife received this beautiful AU lady as change. I shot both sides with a digital camera equipped with a macro lens attachment. Those images are white… -
GTG from sellers’ pictures #1 (Grades revealed)

In our increasingly digital hobby, assessing a coin’s condition from less than ideal photos is an important skill. See how close you can get to the grades PCGS assigned to these raw coins. The grades will probably be revealed sometime on Sunday. I might make another one of these posts in the future depending on how popular… -
Re: 1956 Proof Type 1 Half - Coin received, new photos attached
Maywood. I have seen three Type 1 halves in hand that have frosted devices on both sides. Two have been graded by our host. One is the PF66CAM I made that now sits in my Registry Set of proof Franklin halves with major varieties. The other is a PF68CAM CAC previously owned by Winesteven. The third coin is the raw coin I… -

When did PCGS start Trade Dollars TDV and Coxe attributions? (1878-S T$1 TDV-37, FS-801, DDR)
I was looking over my old inventory and noticed a TDV-37 attribution on one of my old Trade Dollars. I am quite certain that it did not have this attribution when I had it. I also noted C-16 and 18 numbers, presummably Coxe numbers. https://www.pcgs.com/coinfacts/coin/1878-s-t-1-tdv-37-fs-801-ddr/145808 Thank you for your… -
Bolivia 1867 FE 1 Boliviano "REPUBLICA BOLIVIANO" (11 Estrellas) - NGC MS64 Finest Known

Bolivia 1867 FE 1 Boliviano, the famous “REPUBLICA BOLIVIANO” variety with 11 stars. This variety is recognized by NGC and is one of the most interesting and elusive errors of 19th-century Bolivian coinage. Finding any example can be challenging, but locating one in Mint State is exceptionally difficult. This specimen is… -
Test 1
Type, PF IHC's, MS IHC and early commemoratives live on GC now. 23 coins NGC and 1 CACG. Four coins still at CAC. Type, PR IHC's and Early Commemoratives. Some CAC and some in old holders. Not a fan of the images. Coins much nicer. https://www.greatcollections.com/Coin/2167427/1809-Classic-Half-Cent-NGC-XF-45-BN… -
1913 5C Type 1, DDR, FS-1802 - Did I Cherrypick myself after all these years?

I have had this Type I Buffalo in my collection for years and I had a little time to go over my collection for some coins to send to GreatCollections. I don't know why, but my hand was moved over to this Buffalo for a potential variety that I may have overlooked, and I need some other opinions. This is a area of interest…
