Sales tax IS a big pain. If you don't state that you are going to collect it from your own state, you can get in trouble. If you collect it and DON't pay it to the state, you can end up in the slammer. Sales taxes and the Internet continue to be a problem. stman and a2labmom - If you both are referring to an Instant Message from someone not on your contact list, that is a different story. Those are messages sent by people on those instant messaging system to as many people registered on those systems by spammers. Sort of like when you get spam email from some unknown source… -

I also was receiving pricelists from them, and just unsubscribed myself. I suggest others follow Luvdawgs excellent example. Wuss! They spam you and you have to go thru the trouble of unsubscribing yourself? I don't think so. Never unsubscribe from a spammer. All it does it prove that your email address is valid. Send… -

I dunno. Mark. As a dealer, I'm not about to start my auctions at a low amount with no reserve and let the marketplace decide for me what it's worth. As recently as a few months ago, it didn't matter if you received a dead squirrel instead of your purchased item. As long as the seller used delivery confirmation and could show the tracking number to PayPal, nothing would be done. At least that's the way it worked last spring when I got a handful of 2004 commons instead… -
