Paste the email source, with headers, in and it will sift through the headers, authenticate (or discard faked ones) them, look up the reporting address, and send a complaint for you. there are supposed to be new spam laws that if someone sells your email, or gives it to a spammer they can be liable for it. As for the checks, if he does the FVF credit, send a copy of the cashed checks to ebay.
