Not oversharpened IMO ... the slightly granular look of the surfaces is due to the "orange peel" texture of the extremely pristine mint frost. But, if you had a good look at this coin in hand, you might think the coin was "oversharpened" by the Mint, because it is so much nicer than a run-of-the-mill MS Barber quarter !!… -
