Strange behaviour from seller on ebay.
Last week, a seller listed this 1877 IHC at starting bid 1 Euro. Same old story as many scammers: Told that it was a heirloom from his grandfather, and that he wouldn't start with coins himself. At the same time, he listed this 1876 Proof 20 Cent, with no mention to his grandfather at all. BIN at 2299 Euros. And he listed… -
Fake Coins In Fake Slabs
Seems to be happening more and more. I, personally, can NOT tell the difference. I'm just not as experienced and polished as most of you guys out there. I'm not in the habit of buying many SUPER high end coins (10K+) but if I fall in love with a 2,000 coin I'd pull the trigger. I'm not a rich enough man to buy $2,000 coins… -
