Clark, He's yanking your chain. If I'd have seen it, I'd have bought it at that price even with the milk spot. While the spot cannot be removed, it can be substantially reduced. For $10, it's worth a shot. Russ, NCNE -

I use Koinsolv, which is a brand name solvent containing n-Propyl bromide, 2-Propanol, Dimethoxymethane, 2-Methyl-2-Propanol and 1,2 Epoxybutane. SF Silver Proof Quality?
I’m inspecting the 40 that just arrived today. Look like milk spots which can occur at any time. PCGS does not guarantee spotting of silver coins as this is caused by contaminates on the silver and is beyond their control. -
FS 59 ASE's in Dansco 8181 and 8182 album
Total 59 coins, selling as a set only. From 1986 to current(2012 proof), some(approx. 10) have begun to rim tone a golden hue color.
