Thanks!!! Patience is key with Latin American coins that are rarer. Unlike US coins it is mostly a question of having the funds. In this example, it looks like someone took a normal cent and compressed the edge of it between two hard surfaces. The reverse is smooth and uniform but the obverse looks a little hammered.
