Retail packs suck. The companies don't put anything in them...why?? they know that most retail is returned and they don't make any money on it. They're responsible for it until you receive it. How they insure while the coin is in transit is not your concern. You file a claim against them, and they collect from whatever insurance they have. If they have no insurance, it sucks to be them. It could be, however, that the amount of the purchase was below their shipping…
