Do the pop reports show the 1/2 grades yet???
I have a 1971 Topps Billy Williams PSA 8.5 and I was wondering if they show the 1/2 grades in the pop reports. Can anyone help me out? How many 9's are there and if anyone knows, how many 8.5's are there. Thanks in advance for any replies. -
