Correct me if I'm wrong but the Paypal protection for sellers when properly shipping by SC and DC only covers the sellers for disputes of delivery. Looked at the neg it will not be removable under Ebay rules unless you just get lucky. I still can't understand why you sent without him paying. I would have wanted proof of payment before sending.
