To be fair to potential buyers, before assuming a lowball offer, remember- whoever buys the coins is going to have to sell the them individually, potentially including photographing 100+ coins, listing them on eBay, dealing with returns and scammers, etc. if they want to get their best price and most people will want to… -

Good for you. I'm glad someone got something decent out of the Roman scammers We got a VG Bulgarian coin in one lot and a VG Romanian coin in another lot. The rest all turned out to be copper globs or slugs. -

The fact that PayPal was able to recover the funds indicates that the seller is not a scammer. If he were, he would have drained his accounts and you would have received nothing. I think perhaps something has happened to him. Russ, NCNE -

I can't recall which one, but one kitchen table grader says on its web site that authenticating cards is too difficult so they don't make that part of the grading process. In other words: "Scammers, send your reprints here!" -

Yeah I was taliking to someone on the Memrobillia board and we cam to the same conclusion. Otherwise it would be a huge loophole for scammers. I think I have wrapped up the deal to get this card-, I will post pics when I get it. -

If Ed can send Joe Orlando the contact information of the scammer and even the cards, PSA can go after him directly with the authorities and hopefully make an example for deterrence. I am sure many federal laws are broken in the process of the production and sale. -

Listen obviously the buyers, bidders, scammers, etc are a bunch of tools. Good for them for spending 5 times or more what the card is worth. Dpeck glad the seller made good money on the deal, but the buyers well, they might need some focus factor..... -
