planning my 2003 rush
Getting the last pay check for 2003 and planning on a spree unlike any other seen by man. $450 $500 or so i plan on hunting the nicest coins that i can get for that price. any good suggestions i prefer graded coins. -

Well, IMO I always thought PSA was stricter on centering than SGC and others. PSA was softer on corners, no pun intended ;) . I’ve also seen cards dead centered in a PSA 8/9 slab with weak corners! SGC from the past was never as strict on centering! Of course I’m going back some years! But here’s my opinion on centering… -

I filed one back in December on a Seller. I thought it was 30 days, maybe its changed since. Regardless, the point is you don't need to rush into anything. As a buyer you still have rights to exercise beyond just a couple of weeks. Opening up the dispute process in and of itself may motivate the Seller to perform! << <i>…
