If a coin or other item arrives after an insurer pays the claim then technically it belongs to them. I don't know if the USPS would catch that a claim was paid, tho the tracking number should show that. I'd check with my postmaster. For me, Ebay has not been a profitable venue to sell coins in the last 5 years. Rarely do I place anything for sale on Ebay. With the number of scammers listing coins and the number of home made slabbing companies, a nice coin is hard to sell at a reasonable price. Sure you can post standards, but based on the fact that there's a thread-a-day dealing with submitters shocked at the low (or high) grades they got, about the "overgraded" PSA cards on Ebay, etc, you can see that no one has it perfect.
