A difficult situation faced by all sellers who accept paypal or credit cards. You are likely to lose both the coins and the money. A lot of "screw the establishment" books and websites have advocated that scam for years. Even if you accept the coins back, you could be sent a box of rocks...that happened to us 10 years ago… -

He was from Texas but according to him in his last email, was moving to Seatle and that's why there was a shipping delay. Meanwhile, never responded to any other emails. When I get these, I forward them to spoof@ebay.com, look up the sender's real e-mail address from the details section of the e-mail and also notify their ISP. I'm old school and expect people to live up to their obligations. If you don't keep your word, you've no place on these boards.
