Define reasonable... There are hotels in the Cultural District/University Drive and downtown. All are a 10-15 minute drive. If you mean walkable? Nope. Google shows just 4 within 1/2 mile (ish - those routes don't always have sidewalks). -

GRADES POPPED....and I'm NOT furious - Part 2

AI…If your 1986 Fleer Michael Jordan rookie card is missing the decimal point in his 27.2 scoring average on the back, it is 100% a fake/counterfeit. Authentic copies feature a clear period between the 2 and 7, reading "27.2". However, the reverse also holds true: just having the decimal doesn't guarantee authenticity. -
