Mintage for 1766 Peru 1 real is over 160 000. There are more than 5 that exist. Same goes for all the Peru 1 real dates (over 50 000 were minted of each date) minus maybe the unique 1751. 1752 states 424 were minted that could be the case and could also be wrong no one knows for sure. 1979 Topps #1 Batting Leaders Carew/Parker PSA 9
I paid up for this beast because they rarely ever look this nice. Two HOFers on the front and only four on the back. I wish PSA cared because they would have fixed the slightest bit of crookedness of the of the card in the well but they are not collectors so we shouldn't expect that much out of them. -

I cannot tell you which one is correct. I never heard the term before this thread. I might speculate that one of the words (medals/ metals) is a typo of the other that crept into the reports along the way and simply kept getting repeated over and over for years. Neither is a word that looks out of place in Mint documents.… -
