I haven't sent such a letter and probably won't but it would be fun to make these scammers think twice! I hate seeing these sort of auctions when the "coins" are so obviously bogus. BTW, sorry for hijacking your thread, au58. -

Especially on eBay. This seems to be favorite line for scammers. “I inherited these coins from my beloved grandpa. I don’t know how to grade coins so you have to use your expertise, but these coins mean a lot of me.” -

Coin World is interested in knowing about problems with their advertisers. I had a problem with Teletrade several years ago and Coin World put the heat on them for me. CW doesn't want a reputation as a rag for scammers & ripoffs to sell from. -

I think he meant to say that the picture is generic because the scammer is packed up and ready for the move. I feel sorry for all honest card sellers that live in PA. I tend to think scam when I see that state as the sellers address. -

From ebay me page with photo of person in wheelchair: Most likely the seller is not 81, disabled, or a veteran, or bought from a second veteran's "estate" to benefit a widow, just another would-be scammer. It's a place on the internet where money can be collected, after all. -

scam, I would be very careful and maybe make note in future sales that you will only ship to United States, unless buyer checks with you first that way you can weed out the scammers and still not shut out potential legit buyers. -

I guess my question was is this a completely faked Milton board set? Or is this an original sealed milton boxed set? And if not why not? Im just being cautious as it would be a scary thought if scammers started faking items like this. Or am I just being paranoid?
