NO time soon - unless they change the current registration methodology. But you can do several things to speed up the process. First, go look at the Set Registry Requested set page. Do you see all of those sets listed on that page. All those sets are ahead of you in the list of getting registered. You can jump some of them… -

So the trick is to become a stock holder so PCGS will listen to my ideas on weighing coins? Really. I doubt the average stock holder would care less about "registry weights". I am currently away from my Judd books, but as I recall for the 1858 cent patterns, there often are slightly different varieties for the same coins--5 leaves vrs 6 leaves, pointed bust versus rounded bust, high date versus low date. TDN: It appears somewhat clear to me that collectors overall would actually want the Registry weights to reflect their views on coin collecting. If I understand the weighting and bonus point system, for most years, it is a tie, because for most years the pl merits only one additional point. Thus, for those years, being the more common years in most cases, the 63pl equates to 63 plus 1 for a total of 64, so the 63pl and the 64 are given equal weight in the PCGS… -

Adding on to what mikeschmidt says, I believe your best bet would be to start out getting consensus from a number of the top registry members of the set that you want to change weights on. This way it shows that its not only your opinion, but other respected and knowledgable members of the colllecting world as well.… -
