Seems to me that his returning $116K of the $123K went a long way towards getting a light sentence. It's very rare for scammers to make restitution because most of the time the money has been spent. -

One per person. In a PWE/Toploader. They are '09 Bowman Red unnumbered cards. I used a hole punch on them so scammers cannot stamp these. 2nd post down. FCB -

I would like to see an added watermark or method used so that scammers can not download pictures and sell coins they do not have off of registry pics. -

Not sure that I understand. It is never a bad idea to have a 1928 authenticated, especially since it was common for scammers to remove the S from a more common 28-S. -

Well, it looks like eBay pulled the plug on this scammer -- at least this particular disposable zero-feedback account, anyway. He no longer has any items for sale. -

Nice to know there are still quality people in this hobby. We read about the ebay scammers too much these days. This kind of story is what numismatics is all about. -

I'm not a computer geek but it looks like it's a real eBay link but is redirected to 68.58.128.61 where the scammers steal your info with an Apache Web server on Comcast Cable.
