My Credit Card company when I tell them the seller scammed me they always refund me and prosecute the scammers. They the Credit Card have big lawyers with LOTS of money. -

doesn't surprise me. I've seen ones that say fake in the listings go for several hundred bucks. That's still cheap enough for a scammer to buy it and then later sell it for $1000+ as a legit coin. -

What a loser. This is one of the reasons I prefer to conduct deals privately for the few items I sell. It's like playing Russian Roulette on ebay to wind up with a scammer like this one. -

Where does ebay actually say that he has to list these as opened? Or ungraded cards as reprints. That seems to be the language of scammers but I have never seen that in any of ebay's T&C. -

Unfortunately it looks like it was relisted and then sold. I am potentially sacrificing one of my useless eBay ids to warn the buyers, we'll see what happens... I hate scammers -

It's well established that sellers who honestly describe their coins as possibly, probably or definitely fake get their auctions pulled, while the scammers who foist them off as genuine are often unaffected.
