These all appear to be notes that were issued to collectors in special sets by the Treasury Department at a premium price. They were issued in special albums or folders, and if you have the original albums or folders these notes will probably be worth more to collectors. You can check eBay for an estimate of the prices… -

1: As @MarkKelley brought up, those are semi-quincentennial quarters, not bicentennial quarters (bicentennial coins are from 1976) 2: Seeing as these are normal circulation-issue coins that are still being made, while some people may pay premium of some sort, for the most part, these coins are just worth 25 cents. VG Seated dollar definition
In my book by Q. David Bowers, "Grading coins from photographs", it gives the definition of a VG Seated dollar as having 2 to 3 letters in "Liberty" on the shield as visible.
