This really sums this up nicely. To be technical, the op started the payment process. Why he chose an echeck... I mean we all know checks take up to 2 weeks to clear right? So technically he didn't pay for it until it cleared. Could it be argued that by accepting the echeck an agreement was made to complete the purchase?… -
