With my luck i'd get a PVC red sticker :D It looks pretty original to me and nothing stands out as PVC, seems mostly just original toning (or so I hope) The neck does have slight rub and below the cheek. Too much harshness in this thread. It's not worth getting all worked up over a $23 coin. Asking him to waive the restocking fee doesn't hurt, but if he says "no", suck it up and pay the five bucks.
