I need a little help. Toned? Morgan dollar. Real or not and what to do
I just picked up these 5 all the same date Morgans and was wondering if you think it’s natural or artificial toning. The luster is there but not showing in the pictures. Do yourself a favor and whatever type coin you are interested in, go to any auction house site or even ebay and look up past sales for whatever grade you wish to have and study them. Obviously, you should stay away from toned coins until you study and learn what causes toning and how it affects the different metals. We all… -

My experience with L&C??? TERRIBLE. They push overgraded raw coins and the slabbed coins that they sell, imo, are PROBLEM slabs.
