What's worse or more tolerable? Coin #1./Coin #2. Is a better example of passing,right?
Hi guy's. I cherry picked a most exquisite 2020d Lincoln Cent. To me, I can't seem to locate any sort of hits or scuffs on the coin whatsoever! Maybe, just one tick on the rim? But what is evident are milk spots or carbon spots. I don't know what those are? What a shame! Our Host wouldn't overlook those spots would they?… -

I agree, not carbon spots, but more like milk spots/stains. You can't remove them without changing the color of the surface of the coin, and it would cost you more to have it worked on than it is worth. If someone could come up with a way to remove carbon spots, they could about pick where in the world they would like to…
