Bought an interesting $2 1/2 Pendant
I've bought plenty of $2 1/2 in bezels, but this is my first like this. I had to buy it just because I was curious what it was. It almost looked like a clear resin was dropped onto the coin, permanently sealing it inside. It has a rubbery feel to it. I had to cut the bezel to open it, and it turned out to be two cup shaped… -

How common are the 2 1/2 Feather, Type 1, 1913 Buff's? And is the "finning" of these common as is seen on the example below? Not sure what caused the rim issue?? Thanks Guys! -

This is the plastic polish I use, Novus #1, 2, and 3. These all appear to be notes that were issued to collectors in special sets by the Treasury Department at a premium price. They were issued in special albums or folders, and if you have the original albums or folders these notes will probably be worth more to collectors. You can check eBay for an estimate of the prices… -
