Just on the name of the winners Ebay ID, I would put the odds at 70% scam. It is the kind of name sock puppets and phishers tend to use. Kind of generic, but not overly generic. Common names, yet unusual in that first and last name combination. I'm sure lots of folks with common names are honest, unfortunately, scammers… -
