Scammers rarely stop unless they're put in jail or given one more chance before they will be put in jail, and then maybe they learn their lesson...maybe. -

Tell him you'll believe him if he sends you his sons Xbox as compensation. It will teach the little scammer a lesson and everyone will be happy. -

Looking at the auction, I notice the location of the seller is Upstate New State. Isn't that the same location (generally) as the scammer's Keets was talking about yesterday? -

There's been a lot of scammers selling fake coins (or no coins) from locations in China. I don't think I would bid on anything from there. -

Where does ebay actually say that he has to list these as opened? Or ungraded cards as reprints. That seems to be the language of scammers but I have never seen that in any of ebay's T&C.
