Re: I give up... blown out of the water for an 1884 half dollar
….and nobody is asking you to. Living life with discreet boundaries garners a false sense of security and life without risk isn’t worth living. I could provide you with multiple examples where I went with my gut based on experience and paid what seemed to be stupid money for something and in time has proven to be the best… -

Re: Can we all agree that this upward ride is about to end but that isn't bad news...
Wealth creation has only really occurred for a select few, esp in selected professions (banking, lawyers, etc.). Part of real wealth is not having to have 2 bread winners work 50-65 hours a week to make ends meet. Down 97%. The stock market moves in 15-20… -
Re: **** 2023 MORGAN & PEACE SILVER DOLLARS OFFICIAL THREAD****
@Orlena Actually my main comment was about the Director Strike coins . As we all know the mint never said anything about the limited directors strike coins. Therefore no one can complain about false advertisement when they gave most of them to the big buyers. No matter what you want to believe Money Talks . Been there done… -
Re: Have you ever had any of your coins "switched" ala William Sheldon's MO with EAC at the AN
Here is what jodie from coin talk has to say about the doctor. I thought it would be appropriate to add some information relevant to the subject, and even to the mans work. I found this post, so here it is.. What I found interesting was how one can see only good in a man, and another see only the bad. If you look closely… -
Re: population diarrhea -- defined
<< <i>Population diarrhea is the product of modern coins getting submitted to Third-Party Graders. I understand that an ms69 or ms70 coin is conditionally rare, but there are many bags, mint sets, proof sets, etc., containing modern coins that may contain many 69s and 70s -- it is just a matter of time before someone…
