Really! Ok thank you very much for your help. It seems like everyone’s pretty genuine on this site vs others I’ve attention get information from and for that I’m thankful to everyone that’s helping get a better understanding of the community and how it works. Re: 2009 MLB Draft
Mock Draft from Baseball Prospectus: This one could be a mess folks, and it's all about bonus demands at this point. Right now, you have as many as four high school pitchers—Jacob Turner, Tyler Matzek, Matt Purke, and Shelby Miller—looking for big, big money, with the first three all telling teams they're looking for Rick… -

The prima facia case for fraud is: 1) a false and material misrepresentation made by one who either knows it is false or is ignorant of its truth, 2) the maker's intent that the representation be relied on by the person and in a manner reasonably contemplated, 3) the person's… -
Re: UPDATE - now says "checks in themail"
Its4real, Please post an entirely seperate post explaining the fact that you completely falsely accused someone and requested that he be black listed. That is not something that you can shrug off like you are clearly doing. You need to come clean in a big way. In fact, you need to tell the bidder what you did and ask him… -
Re: TrueView versus GreatPhoto
Are we griping because of the value added (or subtracted)? Even Phil is going to get six different ways from Sunday before he settles on an image to pass onto the web guy. Imaging color on coins borders fanciful and false advertisement as it is... Spent 20 years moonlighting as a freelance and wedding photographer and I…
