How many times has someone sent in a $100 or $200 coin, had it stickered and had a modest increase in value as a result. And then, peeled it of and sold it to a scammer that put it on an expensive coin? And how many of the latter coins are out there now? This thread doesn' t affect me, as the only stickered coins I have… -

Time is only wasted on those that fall for these scams and get mad at other sellers who are legitimate. They are not worth your time. Thank you for reporting the scam though so that those with some semblance of intelligence will know to stay clear, and that the scammer gets shut down. -

OK you made me do it. It seems the address is at best a forwarding agent. That allows overseas bidders to circumvent any seller policies about domestic-only sales. At worst, it's an outright scam, providing enough uncertainty that a buyer can plausibly claim non-receipt. Since ebay no longer allows sellers to leave… -

Metals are malleable, especially copper. Not an error coin that would make it valuable or desirable, but good to study to learn about machine doubling.
