Re: I recall someone said you can not list grade opinions in eBay titles, but what about descriptions?
If this is true then ebay is protecting fourth-world slab scammers at the expense of honest, or not, collectors and sellers of raw coinage. -

I believe the scammer printed-up a sticker, took a picture of it, and over laid it on top of the picture he took from GC. -

Do you think this was a small time scammer trying to pull a fast one with Alibaba fakes or part of a larger coordinated ring?
