Maybe you poorly explained it. And why wouldn't an invoice comment suffice? And a DNC is often just a DNC. And a fall to pass is often just a fall to pass. There may not be any specific reason other than it didn't meet the grade standard. Will you feel better if your DNC has a sticker that just says DNC?
