i think they are toast, but wait a few years and fewer w/o spotting may really go up in value...especially the "70" 's i am so tempted to crack my remaining reverse proof 70's and acetone them and just keep them raw and possibly resubmit years from now....that's probably a stupid thing to do....but i do stupid things… -

You seem to be buying the holder (label) not the coin, so all you can do is trust the grading company. On one there seems to be a milk spot in between the eagle's wing. Don't be surprised if more of those pop up over the years. MS70 is a lofty grade for a newly struck silver coin. There is nowhere to go but down. ;) -

Nope. Not excited in the least bit. Typically, unless something unusual occurs such as a design flaw which creates a specific rarity or the implication of a rarity, anything purchased from the US Mint is a losing proposition. Their markups are outrageous and their product is subject to milk spotting. So, excited? Nope. -
