Who said anything about Photoshop? I don't doubt it's a real picture of a fake error. This has every appearance of a coin struck with false dies. Even if that isn't exactly what happened, there's no chance it's a real error. A picture of the reverse will not change that answer. A similar example -

As I get older (I am 51) I look back at some of the athletes/sports executives who have died at a young age. When some of them died (and I was a lot younger) I didn't think of them as young ... The "A" got filled probably with grease and debris becoming hard pack and then breaking lose and falling onto an unstruck planchet and then struck by the dies leaving an impression. These are extremely rare. My very best example which I sold had all of IGWT fall out as in a dropped motto. -
