A Pattern in a NGC holder graded far higher then at PCGS is nothing new... Lets talk about your math as to me this is a 2 point upgrade not 2 1/2 unless your counting MS64 also -

Nobody can collect everything, nobody has ever been able to. * Look at what's available. * Choose something you like. * Figure out what's affordable from Step 2 and collect that. * Go back to Step 2 if Step 3 doesn't include any options that are of interest. -
