In a small town I try to pay with cash so that they don’t pay extra fees for credit card usage. And I make every effort to put a cash tip in the waitress or waiter’s hand. Not on the table (View Post)2 -

While metal detecting in parks I have found numerous mowed up bills. If there is enough left of a little more than half of a bill my local bank will replace it (View Post)2
